It's great to live in the age of increasing bandwidth. There are many online resources for actual films and clips for academic use. CPB has one great example.

Introduction to special scripting requirements of radio, television, film, recording, and cable formats. Emphasis will be upon working from the creation of the idea to final script. (Offered fall, spring, and summer semesters every year. )
